Insurance billing, patient statements and helping people actually understand what they owe and why.
At an independent practice, that often means being able to actually resolve a billing question yourself instead of routing it through several departments.
What You'll Do
- Handle insurance billing and prepare patient statements
- Help patients understand what they owe and why, and resolve billing questions directly
- Work across all three clinic locations as needed
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience with medical billing or insurance claims
- Patience and clarity when explaining billing questions to patients
