About the Position
Otolaryngologists and advanced practice providers who want more say in how patients are cared for than a large health system typically allows.
As an independent practice with three Minnesota clinics, decisions about how patients are cared for are made by the clinicians seeing them, not by an administration layered several steps removed. You'd be working alongside the practice's existing otolaryngologists across ear, nose, throat, sinus, allergy, sleep and pediatric ENT care.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and treat a full range of ear, nose and throat conditions across our patient population
- Work alongside the practice's existing physicians and staff across our Edina, Savage and Mankato clinics
- Take part in clinical decisions as a practice partner, not as staff reporting into a distant administration
What We're Looking For
- An active Minnesota medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Board certification or eligibility in your specialty
- A genuine interest in practicing independent, patient-first medicine
